- NSN 4020009318793, Rope, Climbing, Fibrous, 1 ?? diameter. Prime quantity 6,700 CL, 1st increment 8,500 CL, 2nd increment 10,500 CL Note 1 applies. Commercial / FAR Part 13.5 Test Program applies. Eligible vendors must be listed on the DSCP Qualified Suppliers List for Manufacturers or Distributors (QSLM/QSLD). Government source inspection may be waived for QSLM/QSLD vendors. However, vendors are hereby on notice that if no acceptable offer is received from a QSLM/QSLD vendor, the government may elect to award this requirement with government source inspection to a non-QSLM/QSLD offeror without further notice or re-issuance of the solicitation. Written questions pertaining to this acquisition only, may be submitted by email to edwin.lochner@dla.mil. Questions submitted later than 10 days prior to the closing may not be answered timely.
