See Notes: 9, 26, and 27 The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 12/4/03. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities.
