- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION IS POSTED AT http://www.cpa-iraq.org *****This solicitation, FY5866-04-R-0009, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) with full and open competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 16 and DFARS Change Notice 20031010.*****Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for site preparation, provision and installation of (furniture included) 6 ? 4 man units and 1 ? 2 man unit to be utilized as housing. Included will be 4-2000 gl water tanks, septic tank, common area with concrete pavers, 100 kva silenced generators, reinforced concrete T-walls, and all electrical and plumbing required at Camp Slayer, Baghdad, Iraq. Offerors shall submit proposals based on scope of work provided at http://www.cpa-iraq.org. The Contracting Officer will evaluate on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer in accordance with 52.212-2.
