- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, intends to negotiate and award a contract for Depot Level Repair Support Services to the K-153 reconnaissance cameras system on a sole source basis to Zeiss Optronik GmbH (Carl Zeiss Group), 73446 Oberkochen, Germany, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract shall be for a base year and four option years. This action is based on the original equipment manufacturer?s proprietary rights, manufacturing capability, technical skills and large scale precision photogrammetry equipment required. Note 22 applies.
