Description

NA U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201814R009 to furnish all effort and materials to pave parking lot using plant mix bituminous. Work also includes clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of concrete curb and gutter, prepare subgrade, base course, tack coat for overlay of existing pavement, concrete sidewalk, accessibility signs and posts, reflectorized painted markings, precast parking bumpers, and mobilization and testing. The project is located at Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge, San Miguel County, Las Vegas, New Mexico. The estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is expected to be 45 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit proposals. The solicitation will be available on or about December 5, 2003. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held during the week starting December 15, 2003. Additional details will be included in the solicitation package. Copies of the request for proposal package may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov . The solicitation includes bid package, specifications, and plans (attachments 1, 1a, 2, 3, & 4).
