- NA The 165th Airlift Wing Contracting Office intends to lease 2 telecommunication towers for a period of one year on a sole source basis from Pinnacle Towers, Sarasota, FL. The towers are used for the purpose of Government installed antennas, radio receiver/t ransmitters and other communications equipment. Authority for other than full and open competition exists at FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii)(A), substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The appli cable SIC code and size standard are 4899/1500 employees. No solicitation document exists. Award will be made on or about December 1, 2003. See Numbered Note 22.
