- Description
- VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Blvd., Salt Lake City, Utah 84148 intends to award a contract for educational and vocational guidance for veterans and dependants. Period of performance will be a base year with two (2) one-year options to extend. Offerors shall develop data, assess, and report information pertaining to educational and vocational guidance to veterans or dependants as follows: (a) histories; (b) assess skills, aptitudes, interest and temperment; (c) assess functional capacities and limitations; (d) assess any testing and/or transcripts and their impact; (e) description of guidance services rendered; (f) recommendations for other needs. Multiple awards are anticipated with a minimum of one contract covering each geographical area noted in the Statement of Work. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. The NAICS code that applies to this is 611710, size standard is $6 million. Solicitation package will be available on or about 12/02/2003. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses.
