- NAIC Code ? 561790 Size Standard $6,000,000 This requirement is a small business set aside. Provide all management, personnel, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to clean HVAC System. SOL RFQ 598-231-04 due December 15, 2003. POC: Donna Landrum, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System has a requirement for HVAC/Duct Cleaning for Building 65, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114. The contractor shall ?steamatically? clean as follows: Vacuum-Clean-Treat-Seal Returns, Vacuum-Clean-Treat-Seal Duct Returns, Remove-Replace-Clean-Treat Registers, Check-Clean- Treat Coils (55 Units), Check-Clean-Treat Blower Cages (55 Units), All Units Crawl Space Systems, Treat Filter Systems. All work to be performed under OSHA Health and Safety Program. MSDS Sheets, Chemical List, Equipment List, Insurance Certificate, HVAC Licensing and References will be required to be submitted to Contracting Officer. All work is to be performed on week-ends. All work areas are to be ready for normal work day on the following Monday. Solicitation issue date is on or about 24 November,2003. Responses due on 15 December, 2003 by no later than 3:00 PM Local Time. All proposals must be mailed to Donna Landrum, Building 41, Room 223, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114.
