- Description: See numbered notes 9, 12 and 26. NSN 2990-01147-9284, Valve, Positive Crankcase Ventilation. Being bought in accordance with source controlled drawing (19207) 12340256 with the approved sources being General Motors Military Vehicle (7X677) P/N 25042462 or AM General (34623) P/N 5578867 or P/N 12340256. Total quantity required is 88,500 each with 79,300 each to e shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 9200 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination. There is an option for 88,500 each, which may or may not be exercised by the Government. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 12/12/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: internet at the above web cite; facsimile at (614) 692-2998: telephone at (614) 692-2344; e-mail at drawings@dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD, PO BOX 2990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 140 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA
