Destination information:Tracy CA 1296 EACH, New Cumberland PA 2565 EACH, Anniston AL 988 EACH. Delivery schedule 180 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See number notes 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 12-02-03. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
