- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation # DHQLGL04MPD0009. This solicitation is a Request For Quote(RFQ). (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 15 (7-24-03) and Defense Change Notice 20030821. (iv) The resultant sole-source contract will be 100% set aside for small business as Business Software, Inc., owns all proprietary rights to the software's source code and is the only known source for licensing and support. NAICS 511210, Software Publishers. Size Standard is $21M average annual receipts over past three years. (v)(vi) CLIN 0001: One (1) GS-72Z, BSI - TaxFactory License and Support. (vii) Required Period of coverage for maintenance is 1 December 2003 through 30 November 2004. Delivery is to DECC St Louis; 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard; Bldg 103, 2nd Floor, Post D-2; St. Louis, MO 63120-0012. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 does not apply to this sole source acquisition. (x) Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item (excluding paragraph ?b?); DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item.
