- Description
- The USCG Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Engineering Services in Support of USCGC Mackinaw Ice Trials. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this study to: ILS OY, Finland unless additional sources are located. All responsible and responsive sources are invited to express their interest and ABILITY to provide the above-described service via fax or e-mail to Mr. Orofino. It is the Government's belief that only ILS OY can provide this engineering support. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above service are invited to submit complete information discussing the same in duplicate within 5 days of this announcement. However, potential sources other than ILS OY desiring to furnish services are required to submit the following information: Data that the offered service has been satisfactorily provided to the government. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. All responsive and responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), short-term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
