- ****THE RFP RELEASE DATE HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO NOVEMBER 21, 2003. PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE DECEMBER 22, 2003. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE (www.fedbizopps.gov). PAPER SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.**** The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) seeks qualified firm(s) to provide telephone, email and written correspondence support services for the TSA Contact Center (TCC). The TCC fields and responds to inquiries from the public regarding TSA-related issues. This is anticipated to be a performance-based fixed price + award fee single-award contract. The solicitation will be issued on November 13, 2003 with a closing date of December 15, 2003 at 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time). No e-mail or faxed proposals will be accepted. Questions posed in response to the RFQ MUST be received in writing (via fax or email) by 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time) on December 5, 2003 with NO EXCEPTIONS. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice may be submitted via email to mike.derrios@dhs.gov, or facsimile to (571) 227-2913 or (571) 227-1948.
