- Description
- The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a build to suit site for construction of a 4,858 rentable square foot office building to yield a minimum of 4,224 occupiable square feet and 10 on-site paved parking spaces. Site must be located in the folowing delineated area: "Beginning at the intersection of ST. Andrews Road/SC 36 and Lake Murray Boulevard/SC60, proceed northeast along Lake Murray Boulevard/SC60 to the interchange at interstate I-26; proceed east on I-26 to the interchange at Harbison Boulevard; proceed southwest along Harbison Boulevard to the intersection of Harbison Boulevard and St. Andrews Road/SC36; proceeds northwest along St. Andrews Road/SC36 to close the delineated area at the intersection of ST. Andrews Road/SC36 and Lake Murray Boulevard/SC60."
