- This is to claify that this acquisition is unrestricted and ALL qualified Architect Engineering firms may submit the SF 254, Architect-Engieer and Related Services Questionnaire, and SF 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Questionnaire for Specific Project, for evaluation, along with a portfolio of accomplishments that estabishes the firms capabilities. The portfolio should include a cover letter referencing this Announcement number, a brief description of the firm and the SF 254 and SF 255. The SF254/255 must not be dated more than twelve (12) months before the date of this Announcement. Submittals shall not exceed 100 pages. Additionally, the Minimum Amount per year is $2,500, with a Maximum Amount of $499,999, per contract.*****
