- NSN:2530-01-398-3380, Wheel, Pneumatic Tire, IAW P/N RCK-14649-2 (34623) and P/N 90794 (41885). Surge applies to the solicitation with an estimated quantity of 38 with a 90 day delivery. Delivery schedule: Up to 99 each to be delivered in 90 days; additional 25 to be delivered every 30 days. See Numbered Notes 9, 12, and 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duratin (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The anticipated minimum yearly requirement is 37 each; the anticipated maximum yearly requirement is 444 each. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 18 November 2003. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solication.
