- This is a modification to the sources sought synopsis entitled ISS Utilization Management which was posted on October 28, 2003. The purpose of this modification is to clarify the response due date and time. All responses shall be submitted to Ms. Doris Wood at Doris.S.Wood@nasa.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 21, 2003. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
