- GS-03P-AZC-0042 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the Facility Services at the U. S. Customs House, 200 Chestnut St., & the Robert N. C. Nix Federal Courthouse, 9th & Market St., Philadelphia, PA.19107. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC code for this project is 8744. This requirement will use Source Selection Evaluation Criteria. The evaluation criteria, listed in descending order of importance, are as follows: 1) Management, 2) Corporate Experience, and 3) Qualifications of Key Personnel. Copies of the specifications should be available approximately 11/07/03.
