- DESC: NAICS Code 811310 Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform Full Operation and Maintenance Services at the Batesville Federal Building in Batesville, Arkansas. These services will include operations, maintenance and repair of all building systems including: complete custodial, grounds, energy management system, electrical switchgears, fire protection and chiller/boiler plant and associated equipment. The combined BOMA square footage is approximately 46,700 sq. ft. Contract Period: January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004, with four additional one-year option periods. This is a commercial item acquisition and will be acquired using simplified source selection procedures. The estimated annual cost range for the base year is between $106,000 and $136,000. The solicitation issue date will be on or about November 17, 2003 with proposals due December 3, 2003. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at the referenced facilities. Specifications will be available for downloading from the internet at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about November 12, 2003. These documents will be in a PDF format and can be accessed using a www browser. All contractors downloading this solicitation shall notify this office via email at steven.young@gsa.gov or by facsimile at 501.324.5286. It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small business firms.
