- Description
- The U. S. General Accounting Office (GAO) intends to issue a non-competitive contract for one year with the possibility of four one year options with Corporate Leadership Council (CLC), 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20006 for an organizational membership and subscription to Metrics. GAO contemplates a base year with four option years (fiscal years 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008). CLC Metrics comprises a unique combination of best practices in human capital metrics identification; a proprietary technological solution to obtaining and displaying those metrics; support in analyzing and interpreting those metrics; and the development of human capital solutions based on access to their vast array of proprietary data and best practices research. GAO believes that there is no other vendor offers who can such an integrated product and service package, providing both the technological and subject matter expertise necessary to help GAO management solve complex human capital challenges. It is believed that CLC is the only sole provider GAO intends to solicit and negotiate as the one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. GAO?s point of contact for this acquisition is Pearline F. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Numbered Note 22.
