- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex proposes to contract, on a sole source basis, with Wartsila Lips, Inc. to accomplish inspection,, repair, and final shaft seal alignment of four (4) stern tube seal assemblies. The date and time for responses will be established in the written solicitation.IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding the CCR may be obtained at www.ccr.gov or 888-227-2423.
