- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex proposes to contract, on a sole source basis, with Artcraft Fabricators Inc dba Collins Machine Works for the purposes of supplying a catapult drill assembly manufactured in accordance with a proprietary drawing. The date and time for responses will be established in the written solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding the CCR may be obtained at www.ccr.gov or 888-227-2423. Requests for the solicitation pkg will be accepted via mail and e-mail ONLY.
