- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to solicit proposals for an indefinite delivery/quantity requirements contract with fixed prices for miscellaneous valves, assemblies, valve disks, diaphragms, valve parts kits, drain cocks, lock plugs, control linear slides, and associated valves and components. The request for proposals will be posted to www.neco.navy.mil on or about fifteen days after the date of this synopsis and will close approximately 45 days thereafter. The list of items and estimated quantities to be procured will be available at www.neco.navy.mil shortly after the release of this synopsis to enable interested offerors to begin to gather pricing data. The contract will include a base year plus two, one-year options. All responsible small businesses are encouraged to submit an offer. Lack of registration in the Central Contract R egistration database will make an offeror ineligible for award. DFARS 252.204-7004 applies. Commercial procedures are being used for this procurement. Delivery will be to the Naval Station, San Diego, CA 92132. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees under SIC 3494, NAICS 332919.
