Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Statement of Work for Special Training Event at Air National Guard Integrated Planning and Programming Mini Conference. Contracting of consulting speakers for 17 Dec 03 IPP mini conference in support of ANG Senior Leader Conference. One main speaker, for an hour session on planning for the future, and two consultants for follow on panel discussion on future planning issues as they relate to the Air Guard. The main speaker/trainer will address the IPP State and Air Directorate members and such members of t he ANG Senior Leadership who wish to attend, during the ANG Senior Leader Conference. The consultant shall address future environments in energy resources and the environment, technology, financial services, telecommunications, media and entertainment, a erospace, national security, and such other future arenas as may apply in order to depict for the IPP audience the future impactors for American society. In addition, the consultant should be able to address the issue of creating alternative perspectives of the future and developing robust strategies for a changing and uncertain world. NOTE: If more information is needed you may request SOW by e-mail. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Proposal will be evaluated based on best value technical exceptable and past perf ormance. Provide past performance information for at least three years, point of contact and phone number. FAR Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certif ications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and DFARs 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes and Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items shall apply to this solicitation. Please submit with your quote a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items . All quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The FAR clauses my be viewed at http://f arsite.hill.af.mil Contractors submitting quotes must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration Program (CCR). The closing date for this solicitation will be 12 Nov 03, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Late quotes will not be accepted. Your quote shall be submitted in writing to chris.pettigrew@ngb.ang.af.mil. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order for the subject items. The Government shall not be obligated to pay for any information developed and/or furnished b y potential sources in response to this notice.
