- NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the intent of the Government to award a sole source purchase order to HAYES, Inc. , Lansdale, PA for the subscription to HAYES, Inc. Online(TM) for access to the HAYES Medical Technology Directory(TM) and its compa nion newsletter, HAYES Alert(TM). The period of performance is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The requirement is for TRICARE Management Activity, 16401 East Centretech Parkway, Aurora, CO 80011-9066. This is not a formal solicitation, nor is this synopsis considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used t o determine if a comparable source or offerors are available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this propo sed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
