- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT THAT WR-ALC ANTICIPATES MODIFYING AN EXISITING CONTRACT TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY FOR PURCHASE OF 16 EACH DISCRIMINATOR ELECT, NSN: 5985-01-307-6426EW, P/N: 301662 BY A QUANTITY OF 24 FOR A TOTAL OF 40 EACH. OPTION YEAR QUANTITIES WILL REMAIN AS INDICATED BELOW. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of 16 each Discriminator, Elect, NSN: 5895-01-307-6426EW, P/N: 301662 applicable to ALQ-131 for the basic year and a quantity of 1-10 each for 2 out year options. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to restrict competition to the qualified source only, REMEC Microwave, Inc. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
