- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is sole sourced to QMS Quality Management Systems, Inc. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA8501-04-Q-0006 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular through the issue date of the solicitation. NAICS Code 611430. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to procure a firm fixed price contract for non-personal service, Basic plus 2 options, to include all labor, parts, tools, travel, and material necessary to perform 6 semi-annual registration/surveillance audits (2 per period of performance) for MANQ to maintain and extend current registration to AS9100 in accordance with attached Statement of Work. Period of performance: Basic (CLIN 0001/0002) - Date of award through 30 Sep 04; Option 1 (CLIN 1001/1002) - 1 Oct 04 - 30 Sep 05; Option 2 (CLIN 2001/2002) 1 Oct 05 - 30 Jun 06.
