Description

IDIQ Rubber Removal, THIS IS FOR POTENTIAL INTERESTED SOURCES ONLY. Altus AFB is seeking 8(a), 8(a) HUBZONE or SMALL BUSINESS HUBZONE sources capable of removing excess rubber from base and offsite runways to include painting of Airfield markings. Performance will be a one-year basic period with 4 possible option years. Contractor will be required to test monthly to determine amount of rubber build up. This information will be used to determine rubber removal schedule. Monthly rubber removal will be accomplished using a chemical method. Annual rubber removal will be accomplished using a water blasting method. Interested sources must be located in or have business plans on file with the Small Business Administration's Region VI (Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Louisiana). Interested sources shall submit recent and relevant information for all work performed in the last 3 to 5 years to include project type and magnitude, owner's name, address, phone number and point of contact to the listed points of contact. Responses may be submitted electronically, by facsimile or by mail.
