Description

IDIQ Roofs: THIS IS FOR POTENTIAL INTERESTED SOURCES ONLY. Altus AFB is seeking 8(a), 8(a) HUBZONE or SMALL BUSINESS HUBZONE sources capable of performing roof replacement/repairs. Performance will be a one-year basic period with 4 possible option years. Contractor will be required to install standing seam metal roofs, slope metal roofs, built up roofs, rubberized rolled roofing and shingle roofs. Work will include the installation of new, repair of existing and storm damage (ice, wind, hail, etc). Incidental electrical and mechanical work involves installation of new, extension and /or relocation of new lighting, heat detectors, (HVAC units), skylights and the cleaning and/or repair of interior roof drains from built up roofs. Interested sources must be located in or have business plans on file with the Small Business Administration's Region VI (Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas and Louisiana). Interested sources shall submit recent and relevant information for all work performed in the last 3 to 5 years to include project type and magnitude, owner's name, address, phone number and point of contact to the listed points of contact. Responses may be submitted electronically, by facsimile or by mail.
