- Description
- The Contractor shall provide BLS, ALS and other Ambulances services for the VISN 21 health care systems including VAMC San Francisco, VA Northern California Health Care System, VA Palo Alto Health Care System and VA Medical and Regional Office Center, Honolulu Hawaii. The offerors must have all licenses required by State and Local Law for the areas they propose to service for the period of March 1, 2004 through February 28, 2004 with four one-year options to renew The solicitation will be issued o/a November 5, 2003 on the following web site: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa It is recommended the offeror download and check this web site rather than FedBizOpps. This is a commercial items procurement and the following clauses and addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors,52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments without futher notice by the DVA.
