- Description
- DHHS/Federal Occupational Health has need for F/T professional to serve as independent contractor to provide programmatic advice and operations management services in the area of business development with a focus of expertise in the development of specific services to military personnel and their families. Qualified individuals must have MSW, PhD/PsyD, MPH, MA/MS or equivalent degree in a behavioral health counseling field. Minimum Experience Requirement: 1) at least 3 years experience in administering social service and community programs encompassing functions such as operations, marketing, policy development, program development, information systems, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and planning for and allocating resources; 2) experience in business development and marketing activities; 3) experience writing and editing materials such as reports, newsletters, brochures, training materials, articles, pamphlets, guidebooks, or regulations; and 4) specialized experience providing services to military personnel and their families.
