- Description
- The Building Environment Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a contractor to develop test cases and Usage Guide for ISO 10303-227 Edition 2. The specific tasks are described in the Statement of Work included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ, SB1341-04-Q-0053, is being issued utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Work will be performed at the vendor's location with one trip to NIST, Gaithersburg, MD. The period of performance will be nine (9) months from date of award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by NIST. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation is attached and will only be available on FEDBIZOPPS at the above website. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. There is no written solicitation document available, telephone requests will not be honored and no bidders lists will be maintained. Potential offerors are required to direct all questions via email to sherri.miller@nist.gov. Questions/clarifications will be accepted through November 6, 2003, 12:00pm.
