- THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED Provide maintenance for room readiness for residents moving into the facility. Maintenance to include removing/disposal of ceiling tiles, floor tiles, cove base as needed; patching walls; painting; repairs to desk and shelves; demolition and removal of other than authorized furniture, floor coverings, shelving, etc.; moving and replacing furniture before and after maintenance is performed; wallpaper removal/floating sheetrock and moving personal effects and furniture. Services to be provided for the period from date of award through September 30, 2004 plus four one (1) year options. Solicitations must be requested in writing prior to issue date of 10/23/03. Fax and e-mail requests are acceptable.
