- Description
- Yearly contract for direct mail projects for the Army. Approx. 25 orders per year ranging in size fdrom 2,000 to 3,000,000 copies (most orders range from 30,000 to 355,000). Products include 8-1/2 x 23" self mailers (and) envelope sets (No. 10 & 6 x 9") with leters, brochures, & business reply cards inserted inside. Most orders are personalized on one or more parts and some orders require live stamps. Printing is in 4-color process and clear coatings such as varnish, aqueous, & U.V. are required. Papers are text and cover weights and may be gloss or dull coated. Electronic fies will be furnished and proofs will be required. Contract is for one year with four option years available. REQUEST BID PACKAGES ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD FAXED TO 312-886-3163 (ONLY ONE PACKAGE PER REQUEST). ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
