Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 12,800 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 11,051 BOMA usable square feet for the Social Security Administration. Onsite parking is required in accordance with local city codes at no additional cost to the government and 81 parking spaces are to be assigned for official use. LEASE TERM: 10 years firm for new construction; 10 years, 5 years firm for existing space. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous on one floor, with the exception of the storage/mail room, training/multipurpose room, or both which may be separated from the primary space by a public corridor. There must be ample parking for visitors. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of El Paso, TX NORTH: Missouri EAST: Campbell, south to Mills, east to Ochoa SOUTH: Paisano Drive WEST: Durango EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
