- Description
- REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government is seeking to lease, in increments of up to 100,000 BOMA Rental Square Feet of office and related space yielding up to 90,000 BOMA Usable Square Feet to satify new requirements and compete existing for potential replacement. The Government will relocate from existing space under lease if enomomics involved and other factors prove to be favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on agency mission and other variables to be determined by the Government, will be considered in the relocation decision. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and/or combine multiple space requirements. BACKGROUND: This solicitation will replace SFO 02 019. Those Offerors currently in SFO 02 019 who desire to submit the same offer in this new solicitation SFO 04 005, must notify the Government to have their offer transferred accordingly. Prior Offerors will not have to submit an entirely new offer. The Government will notify Offeror's in the coming weeks of any modifications to the new SFO 04 005 that differ from the prior SFO 02 019. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for commencement of tenant alterations during the period of November 15, 2003 through December 31, 2004. DELINEATED AREA: All properties offered to the Government in conjunction with this requirement must be located within the Central Employment Area (CEA) of the District of Colubmia, which has recently been expanded. A description of the delineated area will be furnished upon request. LEASE TERM: UP TO 10 YEARS.
