- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, has a requirement for a Janitorial/Mechanical services contract located at the Border Station, Metaline Falls, WA 99153. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-04-LSC-0004. The period of performance is twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year options. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Anticipated start date is 3/1/04. Solicitation will be available on or about 11/14/03. Offers will be due on or about 12/16/03. Award will be made to the offeror who: (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance and price. This procurement is 100% set aside for HubZone. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 561720 with the small business size of $14M. Current Contractor: Gael?s Business, Metaline Falls, WA 99153. Current contract price: $44,922.60 per annum.
