- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing 11,250 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet Class A office space with parking able to accomodate 36 spaces and public transportation onsite or within two blocks in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. LEASE TERM: Minimum of 5 (five) year lease. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square footage, Rental rate of a fully serviced lease, Common Area Factor, Building Footprint/Floorplans. SUBMIT BY COB November 12, 2003. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space. This is not a solicitation for offers nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this ad.
