- Provide software tools & personnel to collect, test & analyze performance, security and reliability data for fielded and developmental systems. Must at least analyze security and performance, and must also interface with and extract security parameters and performance characteristics of data transferred to/from shipboard/shore-based systems operating at "Unclassified" to "Secret" levels. A sole-source contract to Technical Solftware Services, Inc., is anticipated.
