- 03 November 2003 THIS IS THE MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND, PREPOSITIONING PROGRAM OFFICE, WASHINGTON, DC MARKET SURVEY NO. MPS04-01 SUBJ: Ship support services ? Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI). 1. This is a Market Survey conducted by the Prepositioning Program Office, MSC(HQ). It is a request for information only and your response is not an offer. The request for information does not commit the Government to pay any cost incurred in the preparation or any submission to this Market Survey or to contract for services. 2. MSC requests information regarding the availability of commercial sources to provide support services for Military Sealift Command ships assigned to anchorages in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The following requirements are anticipated: A. Ship husbanding and chandlering B. Minor ship repair and maintenance C. Security D. Small boat support E. Fuel-barge support F. Diving services G. Waste disposal 3. Anticipated start date: December 2003. 4. Interested parties shall provide the following information: A. Company Name B.
