- On August 8, 2003, the National Park Service issued a Notice of Intention to issue a Prospectus to provide Guided Interpretive Whitewater River Tours on the Green and Yampa Rivers within Dinosaur National Monument. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation by November 17, 2003. The Prospectus's Draft Contract Exhibit D, "Insurance Requirements" has been revised to better reflect what is obtainable for the business activity of guided interpretive whitewater river tours. The amended document has been sent to all current recipients of the original prospectus. The amended document will be inserted into copies of any additional prospectuses that are requested in response to the solicitation. All current operators have right of preference in renewal. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Prospectus was issued August 8, 2003, for a 90 day response period. Offers for this Prospectus must be received by close of business (no later than 4:00 p.m.) on November 17, 2003, in the Business Resources Division, Intermountain Region, 12795 W. Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, CO 80228 (Federal Express address: same). There will be a printing cost recovery charge of $35 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $30 per copy to be picked up in person. Checks or money orders must be payable to The National Park Service. (Cash cannot be accepted). Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Judy Jennings, Chief, Business Resources Division, 12795 W. Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, CO 80228 (Federal Express address: same).
