Description

Project consists of the construction of a 60 foot by 100 foot by 18 foot eave height pre-engineered metal building. This project includes earth/site work, concrete foundation, floor and apron slabs, building superstructure, building insulation, and electrical work. The estimated magnitude of the construction of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236210, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 12/04/2003 with bid opening occurring on or about 01/07/2004.
