- NA HSARPA is pleased to announce that it received over 500 White Papers in response to its solicitation, HSARPA RA-03-01. Because of the large number of responses, HSARPA announces the following changes to the time schedule for this solicitation:---- Friday, November 21, 2003-Response Letters will be sent to those who submitted White Papers. ---- Friday, December 19, 2003-Full Proposals Due to be submitted at www.bids.tswg.gov ---- HSARPA still anticipates beginning other transaction negotiations by the end of January, 2004.
