Description: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment,supplies and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in all US Government buildings listed at Ramstein Air Base, Einsiedlerhof, Vogelweh, Kapaun Air Station, Bann and Sembach Annex in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance during normal hours of operation.
