Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items: 1 Package Steris System 1 Processor, Part Number P6007, includes 3 Quick Connects, Filters, Part Number A1525 and A1503, Aspirator Assembly, Part Number A1600, and Chemical Strips, Part Number S3014. 1 Each Universal Tray, Part Number C1160. Shipping and Handling. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM560632970100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 339111 applies to this procurement. For delivery to 52 Medical Group/SGSL-FM5606, GEB. 61 US-Wohnsiedlung, D-54634 Bitburg, Germany. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name Or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items.
