- 38-Construction,mining,excavating & highway maintenance equipment. This publication serves as a notice to request for proposal of the following items: 1) Quantity (2) two each 4600 Runway Broom Head Attachment, 46" diameter, 16' wide, 50/50 poly/ wire wafer bristles, hydrostatic dual end drive, parallel arm oscillation hitch, 35 degrees swing, microswitch pattern adjustment, P/N 4616MP-MB1, M-B Companies,Inc, Brand Name or equal. The attachment will need to be able to be attached to an Oshkosh Multi-Purpose Truck, type 3. 2) Quantity (2) two each 4600 Air Blower attachment,manufacture M-B Companies, Inc, Brand Name or Equal. The attachment will need to be able to be attached to an Oshkosh Multi-Purpose Truck, type 3. 3) Quantity (2) two each Snow Shed Hood, P/N 4616MP-MB2, optional part of the Runway Broom Head attachment, Brand Name or Equal. 4) Quantity (2) two each Drive Shaft Storage Mount, optional part of the Runway Broom Head attachment. 5) Quantity (1) one set Spare 16' Runway Broom Core (Wafer),(two required per broom), P/N 4616MP-MP6, Brand Name or Equal. 6) Quantity (1) one set Runway Broom Carts.Also to include installation assistance and on site training, with instructions and engineering drawings for installation with full operating manual package, Warranty, FOB Destination pricing to the 914th Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Solicitation FA6670-04-T-0005 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333120, size standard of 750 employees. Registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required (DFARS 252.204-7004).
