- Description
- This is a Request for Proposal Synopsis. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for on call repair/maintenance of Computed Tomography Inspection System ICT 1500 CT System. The above authority is selected because Advanced Research & Application Corp is the only source due to the fact that they are the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that designed, built, and installed the large CT system at Hill AFB. It?s one-of-a-kind system that utilizes proprietary hardware/software and the only OEM can maintain and repair. The OEM owns and maintains the system. This proposed acquisition covers labor, material, and travel to maintain the ICT 1500 CT System located at Hill AFB bldg 2113. Period of performance Basic Year with four one-year option periods. Sole source: Advanced Research & Application Corp, 425 Lakeside Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. In accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as Implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source.
