- Description
- This is a synopsis for Base Custodial Services at Lackland AFB (LAFB), Lackland Training Annex (LTA), and Kelly Field Annex (KFA). The contractor shall provide managment, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, labor, vehicles, transportation, and applicable licenses, permits and/or certificates necessary to perform cusotdial services at various buildings at Lackland AFB TX. This is a synopsis for commercial service. This announcement consititues the synopsis only. A solicitation will be issued as an Information For Bid (IFB). The solicitaiton will be posted in the very near future. The anticipated period of performance will be a Basic period of 12 months plus 4, 12 month option years. This procurment is set-aside 100% under the small business administration 8(a) competitive program. The NAICS code for this project is 561720. The small business size standard is not more than $14 Million. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
