- Contractor shall furnish all necessary plant, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown in the drawings, Statement of Work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of the solicitation to relocate existing electric receptacles in support of new furniture at Goodfellow AFB, TX. NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210 and the size standard is $12 Million. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Performance time is not to exceed 60 calendar days. In accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act, this acquisition is will be set aside for Emerging Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. All requests for clarifications relating to this RFQ must be faxed to (915) 654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27, quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. An organized site visit is scheduled for on or about 10 Nov 2003 in building 707, (17th Contracting Squadron). The exact date of the site visit and solicitation due date will be stated in the solicitation package when posted. Access to the site will be limited to this organized site visit only. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 6 Nov 2003.
