- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 Contracting Office (90C), 3400 Lebanon Rd., Murfreesboro, TN 37129 will be soliciting for the provision of blood and blood products for the VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 and the VA Medical Center, 1101 Veterans Dr., Lexington KY 40502. All sources should be able to deliver blood and blood products on a routine schedule and also on an emergency basis of 24 hours and in some instances, one hour or less. This is a Sources Sought request only. This is not a Request for Proposal. Responsible sources interested in this procurement shall submit on their company letterhead a statement which contains clear and convincing information identifying their capabilities and which Medical Center blood and blood products can be provided. All potiential sources are requested to notify Linda Dickey by fax at 615-867-5764 or via email at Linda.Dickey@med.va.gov no later than Nov. 14, 2003 at 2:00 PM CST. NAICS is 621991.
